Refund Policy

As our company sells the highest quality 100% raw “coarse hair” which is come from the donors and temples directly, we don’t accept any refund.

 

Tip: To ensure the correct items are ordered, we suggest that you read the products detailed description carefully before ordering. If unsure, you can send us to email to info@coarsehairextensions.com

 

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no refund permitted but if you have any complaints about the damage of hairs, we can give 100% refund after receiving the products. Conditions will be applied as below.

 

  • All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

  • For any returns, you must contact the customer service department to obtain RMA# / Confirmation#. All returns must include the RMA# / Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

  • Damaged items are ineligible for return.

  • Products should not be washed and used. Washable and usable products will not be accepted and your refund will not be given.

  • All taxes and customs export/import duties will be paid by buyer.
